Course Assignment and Loading. The Director(s) and Xxxxxxx (or designee), in consultation with the Program Chair or Coordinator and program faculty, will determine courses assigned to a faculty member and loading (ELU) assigned to individual courses consistent with this Article. Individual course loading decisions are made with consideration for discipline-specific best practices, and unique instructional requirements specific to courses such as laboratory sections and writing intensive courses.
