Course Cancellation Fee. If a class scheduled to be taught by a part-time member is cancelled becomes unavailable within seven (7) business days prior to the beginning of the first day of classes, and no alternative assignment with the same number of credit hours is available, the part-time member shall be paid the sum of $300300 an amount equal to the pay rate for one (1) load credit. This shall apply to all scheduled classes, including fall, spring, intersession, and summer session.
