Common use of Course Design Clause in Contracts

Course Design. Course presentation, instructional materials, including texts and course syllabus, shall be established by the faculty member assigned to the course. The course syllabus shall be presented to the Department/Unit for approval. In no case shall a faculty member abrogate the approved master course outlines.
