Court Duty during Annual Vacation. Court Duty during annual vacation shall entitle the Full Time Civilian to an extension of their annual vacation to restore the time in days expended in traveling to the court, actual court duty and travel time returning to their point of departure. In addition to the extension of their annual holiday, they shall be compensated for their court duty as overtime under Article 4, but credited at double time as opposed to time and one half. There shall be a minimum credit allowance of four (4) hours.
