Common use of Court Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Court Jurisdiction. This Agreement is enforceable and binding, and may be enforced by a court proceeding or by any other procedure permitted by law. The terms and conditions of this Agreement are admissible and subject to disclosure for purposes of enforcing this Agreement pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6 or any other proceeding permitted by law. The terms of this paragraph prevail over any contrary provisions in this Agreement.
