Common use of Court Notification Clause in Contracts

Court Notification. In the event of a court notification falling within a four (4) day (or more) period of pre-scheduled leave of advance credit hours or annual leave (or any combination thereof) then the compensation set out in Article 7(4)(a)(iii) being sixteen (16) hours shall apply.
