  • Application of this Revenue Sharing Agreement to Notes The terms of this Revenue Sharing Agreement shall apply to each Note as if the terms of this Revenue Sharing Agreement were fully set forth in each Note.

  • Civil Penalty Payment Pursuant to Health and Safety Code § 25249.7(b)(2), and in settlement of all claims alleged in the Notice or referred to in this Settlement Agreement, XR agrees to pay two thousand ($2,000.00) in civil penalties.
