Covenant Against Gratuities. No gratuities, in the form of gifts, entertainment, or otherwise, were or will be offered by Contractor or any agent, director, or representative of the Contractor, to any officer, official, agent, or employee of the Court with a view toward securing the Agreement or securing favorable treatment with respect to any determinations concerning the performance of the Agreement.
