All Necessary Cooperation and Actions. ACS shall provide all cooperation, take such additional actions, and perform such additional tasks, as may be necessary to ensure a timely Disentanglement in compliance with the provisions of this Article 10.

Vendor shall take such additional actions and perform such additional tasks as are necessary, appropriate, or reasonably requested by the Client, whether during the Term or during Disentanglement, to ensure a timely and seamless Disentanglement, in accordance with this Section, including completely fulfilling all of Vendor’s obligations under this Section to the reasonable satisfaction of the Client.

PART IV - CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION

Contractor shall provide all cooperation, take such additional actions, and perform such additional tasks, as may be necessary to ensure a timely Disentanglement in compliance with the provisions of this section, including full performance, on or before the expiration date, of Contractor’s obligations under this section. Contractor shall provide sufficient experienced personnel in each division of Work during the entire transition period to ensure that the services are maintained at the level of proficiency required by the Agreement. Contractor shall also provide sufficient staff to help the successor maintain the continuity and consistency of the services required by this Agreement and Scope of Work. The Contractor shall allow the successor to conduct on-site interviews with the employees.
All Necessary Cooperation and Actions. Riskonnect shall take such additional actions and perform such additional tasks as are necessary, appropriate, or reasonably requested by the County, during the Term, to ensure a timely and seamless transition to a successor contractor.
