Cover Purchase Sample Clauses

Cover Purchase. If the Agreed Product has a defect that the Supplier has not remedied in accordance with Section 6.1.4 and the Customer needs the Agreed Product urgently, the Customer has the right to cancel the order and make a cover purchase from another supplier if such product is available (as named and specified in the Supply Agreement), at the Supplier’s cost. The cover purchase shall be made responsibly and within a reasonable time. The nature and characteristics of the cover purchase shall be equivalent to those of the Agreed Product, and it shall be introduced by Beslutningsforum. The Customer may claim compensation for the price difference between the agreed price and the price after the cover transaction.
