Coverage--Newly Hired Employees Who Were Previously Covered. Newly hired employees previously covered by the Pension Trust are considered Covered Employees as of the first day of the first calendar month immediately after the commencement of employment. This calendar month is the employee's first benefit month and the immediately preceding calendar month is the employee's first wage month.
