The indemnification under this Agreement shall cover Indemnitee’s service as a director, officer, employee, agent, or fiduciary of the Company, or as a director, officer, employee, trustee, agent, or fiduciary of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, employee benefit plan, trust, or other entity or enterprise at the request of the Company prior to or after the date of this Agreement. This Agreement shall continue in effect regardless of whether Indemnitee continues to serve as one or more of a director, officer, employee, agent, or fiduciary of the Company, or as a director, officer, employee, trustee, agent, or fiduciary of another corporation, partnership, joint venture, employee benefit plan, trust, or other entity or enterprise at the request of the Company.
Coverage of Indemnification.
