Covered California Quality Initiatives. The parties acknowledge and agree that furthering the goals of Covered California require Contractor to work with the other QHP Issuers and its contracted providers to play an active role in building and supporting models of care to meet consumer and social needs for providing better care, promoting health and lowering per capita costs through improvement.
