Common use of Covered Expenses Clause in Contracts

The payment for the patient expenses in any nursing home will be the difference between the daily allowance paid the nursing home by the Ontario Ministry of Health for extended care services in a standard xxxx and the nursing home’s daily charge up to the approved daily rate for a semi-private room if such accommodation is occupied.
