Covered Person Provider Relationship. 1. The choice of a Provider is solely the Covered Person’s choice. 2. The Carrier does not furnish Covered Services but only makes payment for Covered Services received by persons covered under this Plan. The Carrier is not liable for any act or omission of any Provider. The Carrier has no responsibility for a Provider's failure or refusal to render Covered Services to a Covered Person.
