CP Outside Date. If the conditions set forth in Sections 9.1(a) to 9.1(l), inclusive are not satisfied (or waived by the Parties) on or before the CP Outside Date, then this Development Contract shall be automatically terminated and of no force and effect. For certainty, none of the Parties has any obligation to appeal, or defend any appeal of, the Purchaser Package Approval Order, the Settlement Approval Order, the Beach Sales Process Order or the Receivership Administration Order or any provision of any of them.
