POST-CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS. An Engineer shall provide a certification to the County after completion of the construction that the Road was built in accordance with the contract documents. The County shall not be responsible for the repair or maintenance of the Road before, during, or after construction. Specific to this Road and while under the terms of this Agreement, the public is exempt from and not obligated to comply with the County’s Inclement Weather Restrictions or Overweight/Oversized permitting requirements while the road is not maintained by the County. Cost estimates of said Road improvements totaling _______________ are attached as Exhibit C. The complete performance of construction of all Road improvements is secured by a performance bond in the amount of _______________, representing an amount which is equal to the required one hundred twenty five percent (125%) of the cost of all required Road improvements. Upon completion of the Road improvements and written request by the Company, the County shall release the full amount of the performance bond. By releasing the performance bond, the County is acknowledging the satisfactory completion of the terms of this Agreement.

POST-CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS. When as-built drawings, guarantees, operating instructions and other post-construction requirements are required in the Prime contract specifications, the Subcontractor agrees that such drawings, guarantees, instructions, and requirements will be submitted timely. Furthermore, it is agreed that the Contractor may procure these requirements in the event of untimely performance by the Subcontractor, with the cost of this procurement charged against the account of the Subcontractor.

Warranty and other manufacturer documentation for equipment and materials. 7. Startup documentation and certifications for materials and equipment.
POST-CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS. Prior to receiving final payment, the Contractor shall provide to the Project Engineer and CRD-SBDP certification of the dollars paid to each DBE firm, using Form CC3, “Certification of DBE Accomplishment.” The certification shall be dated and signed by a responsible officer of the contractor and by a responsible officer of the DBE. Falsification of this certification may result in removal or suspension of DBE certification and/or formal enforcement actions, including civil actions for false claims, suspension and debarment proceedings, or other administrative actions affecting bidder qualifications. The final estimate will not be paid to the Contractor until proper certifications including CC-3 have been made.

The provision of the post-construction documents set forth in this Section 26 by Subcontractor shall be a condition precedent to Contractor’s obligation to make final payment to Subcontractor. Furthermore, it is agreed, in the event of the untimely performance of Subcontractor’s obligations under this Section 26, that the Contractor may, at its sole discretion, take those steps necessary to obtain the post-construction documents, the costs of which shall be charged against the account of the Subcontractor.

  • Construction Requirements (a) All Life and Safety and applicable Building Codes will be strictly enforced (i.e., tempered glass, fire dampers, exit signs, smoke detectors, alarms, etc.). Prior coordination with the Building Manager is required. (b) Electric panel schedules must be brought up to date identifying all new circuits added. (c) All electrical outlets and lighting circuits are to be properly identified. Outlets will be labeled on back side of each cover plate. (d) All electrical and phone closets being used must have panels replaced and doors shut at the end of each day’s work. Any electrical closet that is opened with the panel exposed must have a work person present. (e) All electricians, telephone personnel, etc. will, upon completion of their respective projects, pick up and discard their trash leaving the telephone and electrical rooms clean. If this is not complied with, a clean-up will be conducted by the building janitors and the general contractor will be back-charged for this service. (f) Welding or burning with an open flame will not be done without prior approval of the Building Manager. Fire extinguishers must be on hand at all times. (g) All “anchoring” of walls or supports to the concrete are not to be done during normal working hours (7:30 AM—6:00 PM, Monday through Friday). This work must be scheduled before or after these hours during the week or on the weekend. (h) All core drilling is not to be done during normal working hours (7:30 AM—6:00 PM, Monday through Friday).
