Creation 8. 1.1 The Association and the District agree to create the Teachers Association of Lancaster Catastrophic Leave Bank effective January 1, 1992. The Catastrophic Leave Bank shall be funded in accordance with the terms of Section 8.2 below. 8.1.2 Days in the Catastrophic Leave Bank shall accumulate from year to year. 8.1.3 Days shall be contributed to the Bank and withdrawn from the Bank without regard to the daily rate of pay of the Catastrophic Leave Bank participant. 8.1.4 The TAL Catastrophic Leave Bank shall be administered by a three- (3) member Catastrophic Leave Bank Committee appointed by the President of the Association.
