Common use of Credit Analysis Clause in Contracts

Credit Analysis. Each Bank has made, and shall continue to make, its own independent investigation or evaluation of the operations, business, property and condition, financial and otherwise, of the Borrower in connection with entering into this Agreement and has made its own appraisal of the creditworthiness of the Borrower. Except as explicitly provided herein, the Agent has no duty or responsibility, either initially or on a continuing basis, to provide any Bank with any credit or other information with respect to such operations, business, property, condition or creditworthiness, whether such information comes into its possession on or before the first Event of Default or at any time thereafter.

Credit Analysis. Each Bank has made, and shall continue to make, its own independent investigation or evaluation of the operations, business, property and condition, financial and otherwise, of the Borrower Company in connection with entering into this Agreement and has made its own appraisal of the creditworthiness of the BorrowerCompany. Except as explicitly provided herein, the Agent has no duty or responsibility, either initially or on a continuing basis, to provide any Bank with any credit or other information with respect to such operations, business, property, condition or creditworthiness, whether such information comes into its possession on or before the first Event of Default or at any time thereafter.

Except as explicitly provided herein, the Agent has no duty or responsibility, either initially or on a continuing basis, to provide any Bank with any credit or other information with respect to such operations, business, property, condition or creditworthiness, whether such information comes into its possession on or before the first Event of Default or at any time thereafter.

Credit Analysis. Except as explicitly provided herein, neither the Agent nor the Syndication Agent nor the Foreign Currency Funding Agent has no any duty or responsibility, either initially or on a continuing basis, to provide any Bank with any credit or other information with respect to such operations, business, property, condition or creditworthiness, whether such information comes into its possession on or before the first Event of Default or at any time thereafter.
