Such Guarantor has, independently and without reliance upon any Purchaser and based on such documents and information as it has deemed appropriate, made its own credit analysis and decision to enter into this Subsidiary Guaranty, and such Guarantor has established means satisfactory to it of obtaining from the Company and each other Guarantor on a continuing basis information pertaining to the business, condition (financial or otherwise), operations, performance, properties and prospects of the Company and such other Guarantors.
