Credit for Deductibles and Other Limits. With respect to each DPSG Business Employee and Former DPSG Employee, and each covered dependent, beneficiary, or other related party of such individual (the “DPSG Welfare Plan Participants”), the DPSG welfare benefit plans will give credit in the year of the Distribution Date for any amount paid under the comparable type Cadbury plan by such DPSG Welfare Plan Participant in the year of the Distribution Date toward deductibles, out-of-pocket maximum, or other, similar limitations to the extent such amounts are taken into account under the comparable type Cadbury plan. For purposes of any life-time maximum out-of-pocket limit on expenses paid by a covered participant, the DPSG welfare plans will recognize any expenses incurred by a DPSG Welfare Plan Participant prior to the Distribution to the same extent such expenses would be recognized in respect of an active plan participant under the comparable type Cadbury plan.

Credit for Deductibles and Other Limits. With respect to each Computer Sciences GS Welfare Plan Participant, the Computer Sciences GS Welfare Plans will give credit for the plan year in which the Effective Time occurs for any amount paid, number of services obtained or provider visits by such Computer Sciences GS Welfare Plan Participant toward deductibles, out- of-pocket maximums, limits on number of services or visits, or other similar limitations to the extent such amounts are taken into account under the comparable CSC Welfare Plan.
Credit for Deductibles and Other Limits. With respect to each SpinCo Welfare Plan Participant, the SpinCo Welfare Plans will give credit in plan year 2015 for any amount paid, number of services obtained or visits provided under the comparable type RemainCo Welfare Plan by such SpinCo Welfare Plan Participant in plan year 2015 toward deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums, limits on number of services or visits, or other similar limitations to the extent such amounts are taken into account under the comparable type RemainCo Welfare Plan. For purposes of any life-time maximum benefit limit payable to a SpinCo Welfare Plan Participant under any SpinCo Welfare Plan, the SpinCo Welfare Plans will recognize any expenses paid or reimbursed by a RemainCo Welfare Plan with respect to such participant prior to the Employee Transfer Date to the same extent such expense payments or reimbursements would be recognized in respect of an active plan participant under that RemainCo Welfare Plan.

For purposes of any life-time maximum benefit limit payable to an Allegion Welfare Plan Participant under any Allegion Welfare Plan, the Allegion Welfare Plans will recognize any expenses paid or reimbursed by an IR Welfare Plan with respect to such participant prior to the Effective Time to the same extent such expense payments or reimbursements would be recognized in respect of an active plan participant under the applicable IR Welfare Plan.

For purposes of any life-time maximum benefit limit payable to a Xxxxxxx Electronics Welfare Plan Participant under any Xxxxxxx Electronics Welfare Plan, the Xxxxxxx Electronics Welfare Plan will recognize any expenses paid or reimbursed by the Xxxxxxx International Welfare Plan with respect to such participant prior to the Effective Time to the same extent such expense payments or reimbursements would be recognized in respect of an active plan participant under the Xxxxxxx International Welfare Plan.

For purposes of any life-time maximum benefit limit payable to a Civeo Welfare Plan Participant under any Civeo Welfare Plan, the Civeo Welfare Plan will recognize any expenses paid or reimbursed by an OS Welfare Plan with respect to such participant prior to the Effective Time to the same extent such expense payments or reimbursements would be recognized in respect of an active plan participant under the applicable OS Welfare Plan.

For purposes of any life-time maximum benefit limit payable to a CRC Welfare Plan Participant under any CRC Welfare Plan, the CRC Welfare Plan will recognize any expenses paid or reimbursed by an OPC Welfare Plan with respect to such participant prior to the Effective Time to the same extent such expense payments or reimbursements would be recognized in respect of an active plan participant under the applicable OPC Welfare Plan.
Credit for Deductibles and Other Limits. With respect to each New SAIC Welfare Plan Participant, the New SAIC Welfare Plans will give credit for the plan year in which the New SAIC Plan Effective Date occurs for any amount paid, number of services obtained or provider visits by such New SAIC Welfare Plan Participant toward deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums, limits on number of services or visits, or other similar limitations to the extent such amounts are taken into account under the comparable Leidos Welfare Plan. For purposes of any life-time maximum benefit limit payable to a New SAIC Welfare Plan Participant under any New SAIC Welfare Plan, the New SAIC Welfare Plans will recognize any expenses paid or reimbursed by a Leidos Welfare Plan with respect to such participant prior to the New SAIC Plan Effective Date to the same extent such expense payments or reimbursements would be recognized in respect of an active plan participant under the applicable Leidos Welfare Plan.
