Credit for Dispensing Services. CVS and a Settling State may enter into an agreement for CVS to earn credits against Annual Payments for dispensing free-of-charge opioid alternatives, for free-of-charge product provided in connection with other opioid-related resolutions, and/or for other initiatives and services.
