Common use of Credit Inquiries Clause in Contracts

Credit Inquiries. Each Obligor hereby authorizes Collateral Agent and Lenders (but they shall have no obligation) to respond to usual and customary credit inquiries from third parties concerning any Obligor or Subsidiary in connection with the establishment of credit lines and/or trade credit or any verification of any Obligor’s Accounts.
