Credit Insurance is Optional. If you choose to purchase credit insurance, the premiums will be computed on the Average Daily Balance of Purchases and Cash Advance, including finance and other charges, up to $5,000. The cost for credit insurance is 65¢ per $100 of your average daily balance of Purchases and Cash Advances. During months when you have no balances, there is no charge. Credit insurance premiums will be added to your Credit Card account as Purchases.
