Credit Policy. (A) Create/update product summary matrices; (B) With the Bank’s consensus, author memos relating to all guideline and/or Agency changes and updates. (C) Manage relationships with Agencies (Fannie, Freddie, VA, FHA) on credit related issues (D) Submit bank underwriters for FHA/VA underwriting designations; (E) Provide updates to policy and procedures for all credit related issues; (F) Maintain underwriting manuals for all product types; (G) Provide support on loan level underwriting questions; and (H) Other miscellaneous functions necessary to support and complete the lending process.
