Common use of Credit Policy Clause in Contracts

Credit Policy. ‌ (a) The Customer warrants to nbn that throughout the Term it complies and will continue to comply with the Credit Policy, including providing a Financial Security where required under the Credit Policy. (b) Without limiting nbn’s rights under clause 3.2, nbn is not obliged to perform or continue to perform any Fibre Build unless the Customer complies with the Credit Policy. (c) The Customer must notify nbn within 2 Business Days after the time the Customer no longer fully complies with the Credit Policy.
