Credited at Beginning of Fiscal Year. The full amount of the sick leave granted under this section shall be credited to each employee at the beginning of the fiscal year. Sick leave need not be accrued prior to taking such leave; however, a probationary employee shall not be eligible to use more than six (6) days of sick leave before completion of the probationary period.

  • Beginning Date Both parties agree that negotiations for a new contract shall commence no later than 30 days after ratification of the current collective bargaining agreement in a good faith effort to reach a contract. The Association agrees to give the Board notice of intent to negotiate a contract a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the contract in force at the time and also notify Public Employees Relations Commission in writing of this intent.

  • Plan Year The year for the purposes of the plan shall be from September 1 of one year, to August 31, of the following year, or such other years as the parties may agree to.

  • Fiscal Year; Taxable Year The fiscal year and the taxable year of the Company is the calendar year.

  • Partial Employer Contribution - Basic Eligibility The following employees covered by this Agreement receive the full Employer Contribution for basic life coverage, and at the employee's option, a partial Employer Contribution for health and dental coverages if they are scheduled to work at least fifty (50) percent but less than seventy-five (75) percent of the time.   • Vacation Earnings for Partial Years (a) (1) During the first partial year of service a new employee will earn vacation at the rate of one and one-quarter (1¼) days for each month for which he/she earns ten (10) days' pay.

  • Fiscal Year; Accounting The Company's fiscal year shall be the calendar year with an ending month of December.

  • Fiscal Year The fiscal year of the Partnership shall be the calendar year.
