CREW COMPLIMENT. 34-33.01 The minimum crew complement for any f light operated by the Company shall be assigned in accordance with the regulatory requirements established by Transport Canada. The Company may staff f lights above the minimum crew compliment.
CREW COMPLIMENT. NEW ARTICLE – Crew Compliment (a) The Employer shall determine the crew complement per its operational and regulatory requirements. (b) Unless otherwise determined by the Employer: i. the normal crew complement shall be one (1) Captain and four (4) Fire Fighters, all qualified as Incident Commanders; and ii. the minimum operational crew complement shall be three (3) qualified Fire Fighters, all qualified as Incident Commanders, to operate three (3) designated fire suppression vehicles as per regulatory requirements. (c) In the absence of a Captain on shift he/she shall be replaced by a Firefighter on that shift, who shall perform Incident Command duties as per regulatory requirements, and be paid at one hundred and five percent (105%) of the Firefighter salary. (d) A Captain, or a Firefighter designated as an Incident Commander, shall operate a designated fire suppression vehicle and perform Firefighter duties as required to meet minimum category status. (e) The Chief will not perform the roles of a Captain or a Firefighter, except in the case of an emergency.

  • COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS Hirer can allocate up to 2% in number of the tickets for each performance or day of the Event as complimentary tickets.

  • Training Costs All costs and expenses incurred by the Contractor in the training of its employees engaged in Petroleum Operations, and such other training as is required by this Agreement.

  • Fares and Travel Allowance All Employees shall be entitled to receive the fares and travel allowance as follows:

  • Coaching Informal discussion or instruction between employee and their immediate supervisor. Supervisor may follow up in writing which may include a simple action plan. This is not a form of corrective action.

  • Dressing Rooms 42.1 Adequate dressing rooms with standard size lockers and sitting areas shall be provided if the physical facilities permit.
