Crime Prevention. The Employer shall provide Crime Prevention Officer(s) with an annual clothing allowance in the amount of six hundred twenty-five dollars ($625) with one half of the payment to be made in February and the remaining one-half to be paid in September. The Police Chief shall establish a set of standards for the uniforms to be worn. 11.6.1 For any new employees eligible for uniform allowance, the amount shall be pro-rated on the basis of fifty percent (50%) for the employees hired after July 1st.
