Criminal Background and History Checks; Disclosure of Unprofessional Conduct. The Academy shall comply with the Code concerning criminal background and criminal history checks for its teachers, school administrator(s), and for any other position requiring State Board approval. In addition, the Academy shall comply with the Code concerning the disclosure of unprofessional conduct by persons applying for Academy employment. This Section 11.6 shall apply to such persons irrespective of whether they are employed by the Academy or employed by an Educational Service Provider contracting with the Academy.
