Criminal Charges and Conviction. 22.4.1 The Parties recognize that action of a Member may result in disciplinary action or criminal action or both. The Parties further recognize that a criminal charge or conviction is not in itself grounds for discipline or dismissal. Any disciplinary action which follows from the events that give rise to the charge or conviction shall be subject to all the protection of this Agreement.
