Criminal Records Bureau Checks. 2.7 In relation to the Academy only, the Company shall, on receipt of information from the Criminal Records Bureau in response to an application for an enhanced criminal record certificate, on request from the Secretary of State or his agents, as soon as possible thereafter submit such information to the Secretary of State in accordance with section 124 of the Police Act 1997.
