Criteria for Course Assignment. In making course assignments for any academic session, the Department Chairperson with the approval of the Department Personnel and Budget Committee, shall consider: 1) the qualifications of the faculty member to teach the course; 2) the needs of the department, and 3) those things being equal, the seniority of the faculty members who have indicated interest in teaching the course.
