Criteria for Non-reemployment of Teachers in Affected Positions. 1. Once a determination has been made as to which positions should be eliminated then the primary basis that will be used in determining which teachers to retain in the affected position(s) will be the composite evaluation rating of the teachers holding such positions as measured (to the nearest hundredth of a decimal point) by the District’s Teacher and Leader Effectiveness Evaluation System (TLE) for each year in which the TLE has been in effect. If the composite ratings of the teachers in the affected positions are identical then the following, in this order, shall control:
