Common use of Critical Infrastructure Subcontracts Clause in Contracts

Critical Infrastructure Subcontracts. For purposes of this Paragraph, the designated countries are China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, and any countries lawfully designated by the Governor as a threat to critical infrastructure.
