Cross Shipment. In case Customer is entitled to advanced hardware replacement, Customer shall promptly return all faulty parts to TOMIA. In order to offset some of the significant costs associated with failure by Customer to return spare parts on time, XXXXX reserves the right to charge the Customer fifty percent (50%) of the list price of the replacement part if the Customer fails to return the faulty part to TOMIA within 30 days of receipt of a repaired or replacement part.

Cross Shipment. The faulty part must be shipped via express carrier to Supplier within ten days after its replacement by new one received from Supplier and after verification of its proper functionality.

  • Shipments The Vendor shall ship, deliver or provide ordered products or services within a commercially reasonable time after the receipt of the order from the TIPS Member. If a delay in said delivery is anticipated, the Vendor shall notify TIPS Member as to why delivery is delayed and shall provide an estimated time for completion of the order. TIPS or the requesting entity may cancel the order if estimated delivery time is not acceptable or not as agreed by the parties.

  • PRODUCT MANUFACTURER'S SUPPLIERS Only those dealers/distributors listed by the manufacturer will be considered authorized to act on behalf of the Product Manufacturer.

  • Destination The term (“Destination”) means delivered to the receiving dock or other point specified in the applicable Contract Document.

  • Shipping Axon may make partial shipments and ship Axon Devices from multiple locations. All shipments are FOB shipping point via common carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to Agency upon Axon’s delivery to the common carrier. Agency is responsible for any shipping charges in the Quote.
