Replacement part definition

Replacement part means a replacement for any of the nonmechanical sheet metal or plastic parts that generally consti- tute the exterior of a motor vehicle, including inner and outer pan- els.
Replacement part means either a replacement brake lining assembly type, a replacement drum brake lining type, a replacement drum brake lining, a replacement brake drum or a replacement brake disc.
Replacement part means any aftermarket part intended to replace an original equipment emissions-related part and which is functionally identical to the original equipment part in all respects which in any way affect emissions (including durability), or a consolidated part.
