Crossing of Picket Line During Strike. The University and the Union agree that in the event of a strike by members of another union employed at the University or outside employers which cause the said striking union to place or maintain pickets that a member of the Union shall not be discriminated against nor disciplined for refusing to cross a legally established picket line providing that:
