CSL’s Obligations. In conducting simulated (trial) passenger voyages and restricted passenger voyages to or from Port, the CSL shall at all times, and at its cost comply with all requirements and minimum standards provided in or imposed by (i) the FCS and any further technical requirements or guidance that may be issued by the CDC in connection therewith (as may be amended and/or supplemented by the CDC from time to time) and (ii) this MOU, including all exhibits attached hereto; and (iii) all Exhibits and Annexes to this MOU. Such CSL obligations shall include, without limitation, each of the following:
