CTO Approval Sample Clauses

CTO Approval. The Authority will issue an approved CTO. Each CTO will include (1) a numerical designator, (2) the description of the CTO Services, (3) the period of performance, schedule of deliverables, and milestones, if applicable, and (4) the not-to-exceed price and duration for the CTO which shall not be exceeded without receipt of an approved revision to the CTO. The Contractor shall start CTO Services within two weeks of receipt of a fully executed CTO. The Contractor shall not perform work beyond the expiration date of CTO. The Contractor shall inform the Authority in writing, four (4) weeks in advance of a CTO expiration date that the date is forecasted to be exceeded. At the time of written notice, a revision to the expiration date shall be requested.

  • Requirements Prior to Approval 3.2.1 Prior to the issuance of a Development Permit, the Developer shall provide the following to the Development Officer, unless otherwise permitted by the Development Officer:

  • Approval This Agreement shall not be binding until it has been approved by the Committee during a duly noticed Committee meeting.

  • Board Approval No reimbursement shall be paid to the Investment Adviser pursuant to this provision in any fiscal year, unless the Trust's Board of Trustees has determined that the payment of such reimbursement is appropriate in light of the terms of this Agreement. The Trust's Board of Trustees shall determine quarterly in advance whether any portion of the Reimbursement Amount may be paid to the Investment Adviser in such quarter.

  • Plan Approval 5.5.1.1 The A/E shall secure the required structural, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical plan approvals.

  • City Approval Wherever any approval or consent of the City, or of any of its departments, officials or employees, is called for under this Agreement, the same shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

  • Department Approval All Marketing Materials must be reviewed and have the approval of the Department prior to distribution. The Contractor understands and agrees that when submitting any Marketing Materials to the Department for review, the Department is required to consult with the Medical Care Advisory Committee established under 42 CFR 431.12 or an advisory committee with similar membership.

  • Course Approval Approval for dual credit shall be by the LEA and POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION representatives on a course-by-course basis each semester based on the student’s prior coursework, career pathway, and/or academic readiness. There is no state limit to the number of credits a student may earn through dual credit in an academic term; however, the student must meet eligibility requirements.

  • City Council Approval It is agreed that this MOU is of no force or affect until ratified by the City Council of the City of Lompoc.

  • Prior Approval The Engineer shall not assign, subcontract or transfer any portion of professional services related to the work under this contract without prior written approval from the State.

  • BOARD’S APPROVAL The Agreements were approved by the Board. Since no Director has material interest in the transactions contemplated under the Agreements, thus none of the Directors abstained from voting at the Board’s meeting to approve the Agreements.
