Culinary Water System. a. The culinary water system shall provide service to each dwelling unit. Each dwelling shall have a water meter. b. All master meters for common areas and required open space shall be set in the public right-of-way. c. All dwelling units shall be individually protected by an approved backflow prevention device. d. All water lines shall be located, maintained, repaired, and governed by approved CC&Rs from the service side of the meter to the shutoff valve in the dwelling unit. e. All units will comply with the adopted plumbing code.
