Cumulative rights and enforcement. 34.1 Any rights and remedies provided for in this Agreement whether in favour of the GLA or the Grant Recipient are cumulative and in addition to any further rights or remedies which may otherwise be available to those parties. 34.2 The parties acknowledge that money damages alone may not properly compensate the GLA for any breach of the Grant Recipient's obligations hereunder and the parties hereby expressly agree that in the event of the breach or threatened breach of any such obligation in addition to any other rights or remedies the GLA may have in Law, in equity or otherwise the GLA shall be entitled to seek injunctive or other equitable relief compelling specific performance of and other compliance with the terms of such obligations.
