Where in this Agreement any obligation of a party is to be performed within a specified time that obligation shall be deemed to continue after that time if the party fails to comply with that obligation within the time. Any waiver or release of any right or remedy of either party must be specifically granted in writing signed by that party and shall: be confined to the specific circumstances in which it is given; not affect any other enforcement of the same or any other right; and (unless it is expressed to be irrevocable) be revocable at any time in writing.
