Current Compliance. Borrower is currently in compliance with all of the terms and conditions of the Loan Documents.

Except as disclosed in Schedule 3.4(c), Sellers are in material compliance with all terms and conditions of, and all of their obligations under, each Purchased License.
Current Compliance. Prior to the Effective Date, the Contractor provided Interfront certain information, regarding its BBBEE status. The Contractor hereby represents and warrants that as of the Effective Date, such information is accurate and complete. For purposes of the first 12 (twelve) months of the Term, Interfront acknowledges and agrees that such information establishes compliance for purposes of clause 17.3.
Current Compliance. You agree to make and maintain payments and continue to file returns as required by any agreements, settlements, and/or compromises that are made with the Taxing Agencies involved in your case, or as is required by law. Client representation: You agree that Your Company’s representation of you is conditioned upon you continuing to remain current on all future tax liabilities as they become due. Failure to stay current with any and all tax liabilities will be cause for termination of this agreement, as it would greatly affect our ability to adequately represent you.
