Current Inmate Telephone System. Inmate telephone services are currently provided by Global Tel*Link Corporation (GTL). GTL presently owns the Inmate telephone system and Telephone Instruments currently in operation within the Sheriff’s Department Custody and Detention Facilities and the Probation Department Detention and Camp Facilities.
