  • Your Ability to Withdraw Funds This policy applies to deposits into accounts that are opened at the Bank. All deposits are processed at Bank's processing facility located in San Diego, CA, and are received either electronically, through the mail, or in person. Please do not mail cash deposits. In the event Bank receives cash deposits, you agree that the Bank's determination of the amount of the deposit will be conclusive. The Bank is responsible for mailed deposits only after the Bank has received them. The Bank is not liable for any deposits, including cash, lost in the mail. Remember: when you use the U.S. mail to make a deposit, you will need to allow extra time for the deposit to reach us. The Bank's policy is to make funds from certain electronic deposits available to you on the business day the Bank receives the deposit. During the delay, you may not withdraw the funds and the Bank will not use the funds to pay checks you have written or other debits against the account that you have initiated, such as electronic bill payments. If you make a deposit before our established cutoff time on a business day that we are open, we will consider that day to be the day your deposit is received by the Bank.   • Term of Purchased Subscriptions The term of each subscription shall be as specified in the applicable Order Form. Except as otherwise specified in an Order Form, subscriptions will automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring subscription term or one year (whichever is shorter), unless either party gives the other notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the end of the relevant subscription term. The per-unit pricing during any renewal term will increase by up to 7% above the applicable pricing in the prior term, unless Xxxxxx provides Customer notice of different pricing at least 60 days prior to the applicable renewal term. Except as expressly provided in the applicable Order Form, renewal of promotional or one-time priced subscriptions will be at Xxxxxx’x applicable list price in effect at the time of the applicable renewal. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, any renewal in which subscription volume for any Services has decreased from the prior term will result in repricing at renewal without regard to the prior term’s per-unit pricing.

  • Opt Out An employee who is eligible for membership in the USLB may ‘opt out’ for any reason by notifying the USLB in writing of his/her desire to withdraw from the USLB. Employees who opt out of the USLB will remain eligible for membership and may request to be re-enrolled by making a written request to the USLB. Employees who have opted out and request to be re-enrolled must meet the eligibility requirements. Employees who opt out in the fiscal year the initial assessment is made will have that sick leave time returned to them.
