Current Plan Structure. Beginning January 1, 2007, the Insurance Committee agreed to change the health insurance plan structure to a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA). With this type of plan, the co-insurance amounts continue to stay in place, and a higher deductible amount is shared in part by the Employer.
