Common use of Current Project Cost Clause in Contracts

Current Project Cost. The Developer agrees that if the Security furnished to secure the obligations of the Developer under this Agreement, due to inflation and/or rising costs, previous errors in estimation, or any other reason, is inadequate to secure such obligations at the time an extension of time is sought, the Developer will provide additional Security to bring the Security amount in line with current cost projections made by the Town Engineer.
