Common use of Current TennCare Enrollees Clause in Contracts

Current TennCare Enrollees. Except as provided in Section A.2.4.4.6 below, TennCare enrollees who are known to be eligible for enrollment with the CONTRACTOR as of the start date of operations (defined in Section A.1 of this Contract) and residing in the Grand Region served by the CONTRACTOR (referred to herein as “current TennCare enrollees”) shall be assigned by TENNCARE to the MCOs serving the Grand Region in accordance with the process described in Section A.2.4.4.6 below. Except as otherwise provided in Section A.2.4.4, this includes enrollees currently enrolled in another MCO, including TennCare Select.

Except as otherwise provided in Section A.2.4.42.4.4, this includes enrollees currently enrolled in another MCO, including TennCare Select.
