Common use of Current Trust Funds Clause in Contracts

Current Trust Funds. This Agreement requires contributions to be made on behalf of all employees of the Employer performing work covered under the terms of this Agreement in accordance with Wage Schedule A to the following jointly-administered Trust Funds: • District Council 16 Northern California Health & Welfare Trust Fund • Northern California Glaziers Individual Account Retirement Trust Fund • District Council 16 Northern California Journeyman & Apprentice Training Trust Fund • IUPAT Union & Industry National Pension Fund • IUPAT Finishing Trades Institute • IUPAT Labor Management Cooperation Initiative
