JOB REGISTRATION. The Employer shall register all competitively bid jobs to the central office of District Council 16 on mutually agreed upon forms. Said registration shall take place after the award of the project but in all cases prior to xxxxxxx the job. The Employer need not register jobs which require less than four- hundred-eighty (480) man hours. District Council 16 acknowledges that all information gathered through the job registry shall remain confidential and shall not be disseminated other than in general terms.
JOB REGISTRATION. The Employer must register all jobs and contractor(s) they are working for through a form letter. Additionally, all members must report where they are working. Any member not reporting where they are working will be subject to charges. Any Contractor found in violation of jurisdiction or registration guidelines shall be subject to charges by the JTB and fined if found guilty, no less than five thousand dollars ($5,000.00), and up to six (6) month suspension.
JOB REGISTRATION. The Employer agrees that each and every job be registered with District Council No. 36, prior to starting each job when the regular working hours outlined in Article 12, Section 1, are not to be followed. This registration will be in writing, using forms provided by the LMCC, listing the contractors name, exact job location, approximate starting date of the job, and notice of sub-contracting of portions of the registered job. The filing of the Job Registration form indicating daily starting time for the job will fulfill the requirements for notification required under Article 12, Section 1, of this Agreement, including sub-contractor registration requirements of Article 1, Section 10, Paragraph B.
JOB REGISTRATION. The Contractor shall notify the Local Union, by mail, fax, email, or other services, in the area in which any job is performed no later that forty-eight (48) hours prior to the commencement of any plastering work with a contracted amount in excess of $15,000.00 and shall designate the type of construction, number of units and approximately how many Plasterers will be employed on that job. JOB REGISTRATION. An Employer whose principal place of business, if from outside the area as specified in Paragraph (above) and who is signed to a Shop Card Agreement in his home area, shall properly register on forms provided under the procedures set forth in this Agreement and shall deposit the sum as determined by the LMCC Office in accordance with Article 23, Responsibility Bond, each contract year, before the commencement of any work on said job or jobs, or stand subject to such liquidated damages as determined by the LMCC Judicial Committee. Said out-of-the-area Contractors will sign a counterpart to this Agreement to secure the following necessary and vital information: firm name (Employer) and address, members of the firm, affiliation (membership), shop card number, State Contractors License number and classification, compensation insurance carrier, location of job or jobs, and a statement that said Contractor agrees to abide by all conditions as set forth in this Agreement. When the requirements, as set forth in Sections 2 and 3 (above) are fully complied with, said out-of-the-area Employer shall be issued a Shop Card by the LMCC Office.

Such notice shall be given at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of work and shall contain all the information required by the Contract Administration Committee. On jobs where the time factor does not permit registration of jobs prior to their commencement, the Contractor shall notify the Union by telephone or fax giving all pertinent information regarding that specific job. Such notification must be confirmed in writing on the regular Job Registration Form by the Contractor to the Contract Administration Committee within 48 hours thereafter. The Union may withhold or withdraw workers from the Contractor for failure to comply with this Section 1. 301.2 In the event an employer takes over the performance of the contract covered by the terms of this Agreement for another employer, the successor employer shall notify the Contract Administration Committee by certified mail of its intent to undertake performance of the contract. Such notice shall be given prior to commencing work. Failure to give such notice shall subject the successor contractor to claims for any delinquent fringe benefits of the predecessor contractor through the grievance procedure in addition to any other claims, which may arise because of such failure.

A communication mailed or faxed to the UNION office on the day of starting shall be deemed to be properregistration.

(1) Each individual employer shall notify the Union in writing on a uniform job registration form to be pro- vided by the Northern Division of the Western States Drywall/Lathing Industry Labor-Management Coop- eration Committee, Inc., of the location of each job on which he/she will be performing work covered by this Agreement. Such notice shall be given at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the commencement of work and shall contain all the information required by the Northern Division of the Western States Dry- wall/Lathing Industry Labor-Management Coopera- tion Committee, Inc., form. On jobs where the time factor does not permit registration of jobs prior to their commencement, the individual employer shall notify the appropriate Local Union or the NCCRC by telephone giving all pertinent information regard- ing that specific job. Such notification must be con- firmed in writing on the regular Job Registration Form by the employer to the Northern Division of the Western States Drywall/Lathing Industry Labor- Management Cooperation Committee, Inc., within forty-eight (48) hours thereafter. The Union may withhold or withdraw workers from the employer for failure to comply with this Article (1).
(2) In the event an employer takes over the performance of a contract covered by terms of this Agreement from another employer, the successor employer shall notify the Northern Division of the Western States Drywall/Lathing Industry Labor-Management Cooperation Committee, Inc., by certified mail of its intent to undertake performance of the contract. Such notice shall be given prior to commencing work. Failure to give such notice shall subject the successor Employer to claims for any delinquent fringe benefits of the predecessor Employer through the grievance procedure in addition to any other claims which may arise because of such failure.
(3) A copy of the completed uniform job registration form, as set forth above, shall be sent to the Local Union which has jurisdiction in the area where the job is located. The uniform job registration form shall include all the information required under this Article, subsections
(1) and (2), plus for wood frame residential work only, it shall designate whether the job will be paid by the hour, by the piece rate or split crew method. Section 3. In the event that the Union seeks to institute a uniform job registration system encompassing both the Southwest Interior/Exterior Master Agreement and the Southern California Carpenters Master Labor Agreement, and/ or any other regional or specialty agreements, the Contract Administration Committee shall provide information and support as is necessary to develop such a system; and shall at Union’s request relinquish the administration of job registration to the Union upon completion of such a system. The LMCC shall continue to have access to the job registration system for the purposes of monitoring projects under this agreement.
